Sirloin stew with bamboo shoots
Ingredients:
bamboo shoots(tube),sirloin
Seasonings:
bean based sauce,chili powder,chopped ginger,sugar ,salt,five spice powder,MSG
Cooking Steps:
1.Clean the sirloin in the boiled water, and cut it, then well-cooked it in a pressure cooker; 2.Cut the bamboo shoots into 1 inch for later use; 3.Heat the cooked rapeseed oil in the pot, add the bean-based sauce, chopped ginger, chili powder, and fry until fragrant; then add the ready sirloin and bamboo shoots; 4.Add sugar, MSG; then well- cooked and serve;
Green pepper spicy bamboo
Ingredients:
shredded bamboo shoots,little shallot
Seasonings:
salt,MSG,suger,soy bean sauce,chili oil,green pepper oil
Cooking Steps:
1.Shredded bamboo shoots in boiling water, scoop them into cold water and cool them. 2.Dried the shredded bamboo shoots and put them into a pot for later use. 3.Cut the chives into 6 cm long segments, line up and spread on a plate for later use. 4.Put salt, SMG, suger, soybean sauce, chili oil ,green pepper oil in the pot with shredded bamboo shoots, mix well together with the sauce, and put some chives is served.
Green pepper Bo-Bo salad
Ingredients:
lotus root slices,potato slices,broccoli,cucumber slices,lettuce slices,wooden ear,fresh shrimp ,huanghou,small conch,red & green chili rolls
Seasonings:
green pepper Bo-Bo juice 500g
Cooking Steps:
1.Fully cook lotus root slices, potato slices, broccoli,cucumber slices, lettuce slices, wooden ear, fresh shrimp, huanghou, small conch, red & green chili rolls in the boiled water, and cool it. 2.Deep all the ready materials in the Bo-bo Chichen juice, and put the red and green chili pepper rolls together for few minutes, served.
VC sweet and sour juice
Ingredients:
One bell pepper,a sweet pepper,a lettuce, a chrysanthemum,a cherry tomatoes,carrot,a lime.
Seasonings:
150g Pepper sweet & sour juice.
Cooking Steps:
1. Clean all the ingredients. 2. Cut all the ingredients into slices; 3. Put them all in a bowl, and pour the juice into food.
Cold baby cabbage
Ingredients:
300g baby cabbage
Seasonings:
150g Pepper sweet sour juice
Cooking Steps:
1. Clean the baby cabbage, then put into ice water. 2. Serve to the plate. Pour the pepper sweet sour juice.
LiaoDuoDuo sauce with Pork ribs
Ingredients:
1000g pork ribs, 500g sweet potato
Seasonings:
150g LiaoDuoDuo spicy sauce
Cooking Steps:
1.Wash the ribs and cut into 6 cm strips. 2.Combine the LiaoDuoDuo sauce with ribs about 15 minutes. 3.Peel and dice the sweet potato. 4.Steam the ribs and sweet potato for 30 minutes.
LiaoDuoDuo sauce braised crayfish
Ingredients:
1000g crayfish
Seasonings:
200g LiaoDuoDuo spicy sauce
Cooking Steps:
1.Wash and devein the crayfish. 2.Fry the crayfish until golden brown. Remove and set aside. 3.Pour fresh soup, then add the LiaoDuoDuo sauce. Turn the fire down. Pour the crayfish until boiled. Finally, put the crayfish on the plate and ready to served.
Clam in LiaoDuoDuo Juice
Ingredients:
clam,bamboo shoots slice,enoki,salt,aroma rapeseed oil,pork stock.
Seasonings:
150g LiaoDuoDuo clear sauce.
Cooking Steps:
1.Combine the clam with the 5g salt and 5g aroma rapeseed oil, then put them into the water to remove sand from clam, clean the clam after 2 hours. 2.Cook the bamboo shoots and enoki until done. Then put them on the bottom of the bowl. 3.Pour the pork stock into pan. Add the LiaoDuoDuo spicy sauce and continue cooking about 3 minutes. Remove foam from the surface. Pour the clam into the pan. Cook for 3 minutes and ready to dish off.
Sea whelk in LiaoDuoDuo sauce
Ingredients:
sea whelk,Longkou vermicelli,salt,rapeseed oil,150g pork stock.
Seasonings:
150g LiaoDuoDuo spicy sauce.
Cooking Steps:
1.Combine the sea whelk with the 5g salt and 5g aroma rapeseed oil, then put them into the water to remove sand from sea whelk, clean the sea whelk after 2 hours. 2.Pour the pork stock into pan. Add the LiaoDuoDuo sauce and continue cooking about 2 minutes. Remove foam from the surface, and fry for 3 minutes more. 3.Put the Longkou vermicelli on the bottom of the bowl. Finally, pour the food into the bowl.

Black pepper bamboo shoots
Ingredients:
bamboo shoots 300g
Seasonings:
cooked rapeseed oil,MSG,oyster sauce,black pepper sauce,cracked black pepper,white suger,soup
Cooking Steps:
1.Boil the bamboo shoots with boiled water and rinse with cold water for later use. 2.Put a little cooked rapeseed oil in the wok and heat it up, add the oyster oil ,black pepper sauce, cracked black pepper, bamboo shoots and stir fry, and the add the fresh soup, sugar, MSG, stir fry and serve when the juice is drained.
